Camp update
Emma got a tour of the ropes course and there are only 3 kids in the class, so she should get to do a lot of climbing. Unfortunately, there are only 3 kids in the class. The Y is not sure how long they can sustain the homeschool program if they don't get more enrollment soon.
Then she had her medieval times class and loved it. They made their own family shields that will cover their journals. Then she had cooking class with Soren. They learned about fire safety since they did camp cooking. They made hot dogs and roasted marshmallows. Emma ate 7 marshmallows ;).
Soren loved her music class but I think they will be switching she and Audrey to the Water Ecology class because they were the only 2 signed up for music. That means she gets to go in the creek next week which she thinks is very cool.
She also did a 2 hour theatre class and they acted out a bunch of short stories/fairy tales. She loved it!
Yesterday Soren finished her alpaca crossword and Emma worked on 2 pages of math - addition and subtraction and higher numbers, set up like algebra problems.
Today is a David day. Emma had her mother's helper morning with Naomi and Soren had a therapy appointment, which we were mistakenly an hour early for. Oops.
