Monday Blues

After a weekend of partying for Soren's birthday, both girls are hyper and unfocused and driving me nuts! So...I put them to work . I finally have them working on printing drills and then Soren has some word families to work on. Emma wrote a very creative story about Princess Soren this morning and they both drew some kickass pictures with watercolor pencils this morning. Emma did a beautiful submarine!

Soren finished her printing already! I'll have to find something for Emma to do ;).

Soren started mapping out a lovely fairy tale about saving a princess from a dragon (original, eh?) to put in her illustory that she got for her birthday. I'm trying to get her to be more detailed before we write anything in final draft.

We're also doing some sewing today, if Jude cooperates and then off to gymnastics, as they both have class tonight and I teach. Tomorrow I hope to do some more workbook stuff and more reading and to get to the library, as they don't have LCG this week and Jude has an ultrasound appointment in the afternoon.
