Management skills whooo boy

We did our 1/2 hour clean sweep and I made them a list, since Soren couldn't remember more than one thing at a time.

It went pretty well. We talked afterwards about what the experience was like and made a couple of suggestions for tomorrow.

Emma had a lot of complaints about Soren, so some of our ideas were:

1. separate lists for each person, so they can focus on their own work.

2. Don't rush - do the work well, and if everything doesn't get done, that's OK, because there's tomorrow.

3. Soren needs to wait to rest until after the 1/2 hour is up, or I will tack on extra time to her clean sweep ;).

I got a lot done while they were cleaning too, yay me!

We're having lunch, and then going swimming!
